Today Darren had the priviledge of joining Mason's JK class on their trip to the Apple Orchard and Pumpkin patch in Brantford. They got to pick apples, go through a corn maze, on a hay ride, pick pumpkins and play in a straw fort. They even got to see some turkeys! The kids got to take home a pumpkin, the apples they picked and a corn stalk. Mason LOVED it, the highlight when I got home from work was, "I got to go on a big yellow school bus, really I did Mom and guess what, Daddy did too - he did, he did" I love that Mason has to re-confirm everything when he feels it's 'unbelievable'.... he's so cute. Oh that's so fun . . . and even better that Daddy got to go along. Austin went to the pumpkin patch yesterday with his class too. Definitely highlights in their little lives eh?
